Hello everybody, my name is Mariana Vega Medina, I was born in La Plata - Huila- Colombia, it is a small city in the southwest of the country.
I am a physiotherapist and a doctor by profession, I grew up surrounded by colourful nature and the freedom that a child can have living in a small town.
I also grew up watching my grandmother and my mother being empathetic and caring with other people, perhaps for that reason I have always had a desire to be part of a community where they care about bridging the gaps between societies.
I also believe that a person cannot be defined solely by their profession, we must follow our passions and the desires of our heart and that is why I am here at CICD.
