Hello! I'm Diego from Brazil, a 41-year-old nurse and professor, holding a PhD. in Immunology. With a passion for exploring new cultures, I've been fortunate enough to travel to around 40 countries. My experiences as a teacher volunteer in Asia deepened my understanding of the complexities of global issues and ignited a desire to make a more meaningful impact.
That's why I'm excited to be part of this community, preparing myself to volunteer in Africa. I believe that empathy and compassion are essential tools for creating positive change. Through my journey, I aim to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by communities in Africa and to contribute my skills and experience to support their development.
