I am Paulinele Alcará, I was born in Santa Helena, state of Paraná in Brazil.
As the daughter of rural producers, a large part of my life was in contact with nature and animals.
I am a psychologist, with professional experience predominantly in the organizational area.
My favorite topics are well-being, self-development and leadership.
From 2022 to 2024, I lived in Ireland to learn English and have my first international experience.
It was there that I discovered the work of the CICD and decided to join the program.
My personal purpose is to “Encourage People” and I understand that this is aligned with the school’s purposes, as we believe that we can be the change we want to see in the world.
