If I tell you that I dislike pineapple on pizza, can you guess where I came from? Italy, of course! 🍕
What made me leave my beautiful Bologna city for a year? The awareness that within each of us lives a multitude of people, of whom we must take care.
An example? I was a student, I attended 5 years university, and so I took a master’s degree in Management Engineering; I worked as a Manager in two multinational companies for three years and then realised that there were so many shadows of life that I hadn’t seen yet and that I didn’t want to miss.
So let's go, it's time for change! And "even if we have roots, we are not trees, we can move". 🍃
My goal is to leave a small footprint on the road to change, so I can connect with my human part. Feel the wind, smile to the sun, let my heart breathe. But also to cook a lot of delicious food for the community!
