Hello, my name is Raquel Davila I was born and raised in Mexico and now live in the United States. I have worked as a preschool teacher for the past 28 years in both Mexico and the U.S., and I am a proud mother of two. Volunteering has been a cornerstone of my life since my teenage years, starting in high school. Over the years, I’ve participated in various volunteer programs across Mexico and the U.S., most recently with a nonprofit organization focused on disaster relief, as well as the Red Cross. These experiences have strengthened my passion for service and my commitment to making a difference. Joining CICD has been a significant milestone for me. It represents an exciting opportunity to learn more about supporting different cultures and making a global impact. CICD has quickly become my second home, and I am grateful to be part of this journey, preparing to contribute to projects in Africa and India. I am excited for this project and the life-changing opportunity it represents. I look forward to growing, learning, and making a meaningful impact alongside others who share this passion for service.
