CICD now offering Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership!

From 1st July 2010 we are happy to offer you the possibility to achieve a level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership, in co-operation with Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

CICD has been approved as a centre for delivering a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.

This means that during the Development Instructor programme, you have the opportunity to work towards  this qualification.

We are starting this education the 1^st July 2010, in co-operation with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) – an organisation that provides and supervises diplomas and courses in management and leadership training in different countries and together with many other companies, Colleges and organisations.

The Development Instructor programme has always been about training management skills and capacity of leadership, among the many other subjects -  so this is right in line with what we have always been doing. The difference now will be that the programme will have a more structured and focused approach to this field.
